Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our Customer Service Department for a return merchandise authorization number,. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. GoVettes will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.
Damage Claims
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify the shipper so that all the necessary steps can be taken to insure the prompt replacement of damaged goods. Notify our Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. We are not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three days of receipt of delivery.
Shortages
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any of the items please check to see if they have been backordered in the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement, GoVettes assumes no liability after this point.
