Okay, here's how it works...

Enter the forum you want to post to.   Then select 'add a poll.'  In the poll, you have to enter two choices, one being a 'hot' and one being a 'not.'   On the post itself, upload the picture you want judged, and you can also write a short description.   Don't forget to judge everyone else's entries!
